Water sculpture installation commemorating the 150th Anniversary of the Wisconsin State Capitol Building. Pendragon was retained by Flow Forms America, Inc. of East Troy, WI to assist with design and to carry out fabrication of the stainless steel internal frames that support the granite stone faces and the bronze planters, water troughs and Flow Form® water features.
